Lydia Korol-Bluring is an experienced product and brand manager with a strong background in the beauty and personal care industry. Currently serving as Head of Product at NEOM since January 2021, Lydia oversees new product development and the existing portfolio in home fragrance, bodycare, and skincare on a global scale. Previous roles include New Product Development Manager at Aromatherapy Associates, where Lydia managed innovation across various markets, and Global Product Manager at PZ Cussons Beauty, focusing on launching products in the Sanctuary Spa brand. Additional experience includes brand management at Yes To Inc and marketing roles at Godrej and Hill+Knowlton Strategies, where Lydia excelled in integrated marketing, innovation, and PR. Lydia holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Cardiff University and has accumulated various qualifications in the fields of dermatological skincare and customer service.
