Andrew Heilbron

Andrew Heilbron is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering and project management with extensive experience in rail electrification and power supply projects. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Power & SCADA at NEOM since July 2022, Heilbron oversees electrical supplies for significant railway projects. Previously, Heilbron held leadership roles at Siemens, including Chief Engineer for the Forrestfield Airport Link and Design Manager for Rail Electrification, as well as managing the Adelaide Electrification Project as Owner of Electrical Services & General Trading Pty Ltd. Additional experience includes technical management and project management roles with Meidensha Corporation, Transport for New South Wales, NovoRail, and Leighton Contractors. Heilbron holds multiple advanced degrees in engineering and management, including an MSc in Rail Systems Engineering and an MBA.
