Randy Soriano

Randy Soriano has a strong background in scientific research and development. Randy is currently working as a Senior Scientist at Neomorph, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Pfizer as a Scientist from August 2018 to March 2021.

From 2014 to 2018, Randy was employed at Regulus Therapeutics as a Scientist. In this role, they managed and performed in vitro screening assays for microRNA targeted therapies, developed and validated screening assays, presented data to project teams, and assisted with lab management and training.

Before Regulus Therapeutics, Randy worked at GNF as a Scientific Associate II from May 2006 to April 2014. Randy was involved in developing and performing assays to validate new targets for infectious diseases, performing SAR support, and optimizing assays for high-throughput screening.

Earlier in their career, Randy worked at Pfizer as an Associate Scientist from May 2001 to May 2006. In this role, they participated in the automation group within Research Pharmacology, programmed and developed assays on various platforms, and validated and ran assays to measure compound effects.
