Wei Li's work experience begins in 2002 at the Genomics Institute of the Novartis Research Foundation, where they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow until 2006. In 2007, they joined Rigel Pharmaceuticals Inc. as a Scientist and went on to become a Sr. Scientist from 2010 to 2013. They then served as Associate Director from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, Wei Li joined Pharmacyclics/Abbvie as a Principal Scientist, a position they held until 2021. Currently, Wei Li is the Sr. Director of Biology at Neomorph, Inc., starting in September 2021.
Wei Li earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1996 to 2002.
