Bianca Moran Parkes has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bianca currently serves as the Head of Design at NEON, where they are responsible for the creative vision and has designed successful campaigns for various films. Bianca is also currently working on building the campaign for the upcoming film "Ferrari."

Prior to their current role, Parkes worked as a Creative Director at their own company, Bianca Parkes, where they provided creative direction, design, and strategy for clients such as Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon. Bianca also served as the Executive Creative Director at Beyond Fest, a genre film festival in Los Angeles.

Parkes has significant entrepreneurial experience as well. Bianca founded and served as the Creative Director of SUSI Studio, a sustainable footwear company that became profitable within its first year. Additionally, they owned and founded SUSI Green Gastronomy, the first fully vegan and gluten-free restaurant in the Philippines, and AETA Organics, which sold organic plant-based products and supported marginalized indigenous communities.

Parkes has held various other roles throughout their career, including Senior Art Director at Watson Design Group and Creative Director at NEON. Bianca also has experience as an Art Director at Deutsche Bank and as an Interactive Design Professor at Istituto Europeo di Design.

Bianca Moran Parkes has pursued a well-rounded education in the field of design and advertising. Bianca attended the Istituto Europeo di Design and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Direction & Advertising. Following this, they furthered their studies at the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona, where they earned a Master of Arts degree specializing in Brand Strategy & Design. Seeking to enhance their skills in strategic design, Bianca subsequently enrolled at the Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Strategic Design for Global Leadership. Additionally, they expanded their knowledge in the area of nutrition by studying Plant-Based Nutrition at Cornell University, focusing on foods, nutrition, and wellness studies.
