Lucas How

Lucas How is an accomplished operations executive currently serving as Vice President Operations (APAC) and previously as Assistant Vice President Operations (Singapore) at NEON since July 2023. Prior experience includes a leadership role as Commander of Gombak Base at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore from February 2022 to June 2023. Lucas How has a decade of service in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), holding various key positions including Overseas Training Base Commander, Deputy Commander and Head of the Training System Learning Branch at the Island Defence Training Institute, and Commanding Officer of the 269th Battalion Singapore Artillery. Additional roles include Honorary Aide De Camp to the President of Singapore and Brigade S4 for the 3rd Singapore Infantry Brigade, all complemented by education from the Goh Keng Swee Command & Staff College.
