Ryan Cavanaugh

Ryan Cavanaugh is currently the Supply Chain & Quality Lead at Neopenda. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Kyocera International, Inc. (North America) from January 2016 to April 2021. Ryan has also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Precision Plating Company from May 2012 to October 2015, and as an Account Manager at Magnetic Inspection Laboratory, Inc. from September 2010 to April 2012. Ryan began their career in October 2006 as Inside Sales Support/RoHS Transition Coordinator at Molex.

Ryan Cavanaugh has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Engineering/Industrial Management. After working in the industry for a few years, they decided to further their education and got their Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a focus in Strategic Management, Operations Management, and Entrepreneurship.
