Deana Sanders

Deana Sanders, PMP, ITIL, is an accomplished Senior IT Program/Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale technology initiatives and infrastructure projects across various sectors. Currently at Neos Consulting Group, Deana oversees a comprehensive hardware and software currency program while leading key workstreams for TxDOT’s Texas Back Office System (TxBOS) Program. Previous roles include managing a multi-million-dollar Strategic Transformation Infrastructure Roadmap Program at Luna Data Solutions and specializing in high-visibility IT projects at Allied Consultants, Inc. Deana has a solid foundation in IT Change Management from Texas Education Agency and has led diverse teams at IBM and Texas General Land Office. Deana holds a BS in Geology from Millsaps College and an MS in Geological Sciences from The University of Memphis.
