Mateusz Paprocki

Matt Paprocki is the COO at Neoteric, where Matt is responsible for strategy execution, people & operations, finance, sales & marketing, portfolio management & project management, and product development. Matt started as a software engineer and worked their way up to COO, gaining experience in various roles within the company. Matt is also the co-founder of OKR Poland, a boutique consulting agency, and serves as a Strategic Advisor at Inventity Foundation. Additionally, Matt is the co-founder of Architekci Podróży, a travel company, and has previous experience as an IT Consultant and Software Developer. Matt holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Gdańsk University of Technology.
