Nandha progressed from Analyst on the Securities Lending Desk to Associate in early 2021. In February 2023, Nandha took on a role in Front Office Markets Training at Neovest. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Nandha was a key member of the Executive Committee for the LSE SU Investment Society, where the first inter-university trading competition, the Portfolio Challenge, was founded, engaging over 300 students across more than ten universities, with sponsorship from industry leaders like BlackRock and Fidelity. Nandha's educational background includes attendance at Nottingham High School and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
