Samundra Paudel is an experienced academic and social entrepreneur with a robust background in education and business. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Nepal College of Information Technology since August 2017, Samundra previously held the position of Lecturer at Gandaki College of Engineering and Science from July 2010 to August 2016. As the Founder and President of Alternatives, a youth-led social enterprise established in 2006 that has received two international awards, Samundra is dedicated to empowering Nepalese youth to become social entrepreneurs. Samundra founded Pokhara Krishi Samagri Kendra from January 1998 to December 2001 and has pursued advanced education, currently working towards a PhD in Entrepreneurship Education at Tribhuvan University, following an MPhil in General Management from Kathmandu University School of Management and an MBA in Finance from Pokhara University.
