Brad Plata is an experienced Test Engineering Manager with over 25 years in various engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently at Neptune Technology Group since September 2012, Brad manages a team of test engineers and specializes in designing automated test systems for manufacturing processes. Prior to this, Brad served as the Director of Engineering at PCB n Test and developed automation systems for the oil industry at APT. As a Test Engineering Manager at both IGT and WMS Gaming, Brad was responsible for managing engineering teams and creating automatic test environments for gaming devices. Brad's career began with positions in hardware design and technical support in the 1980s and 1990s. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from DeVry University.
