Steve Hamilton has over 30 years of experience at Neptune Technology Group, having progressed through various management roles since joining in 1983. Currently serving as the Manager of Lean Processes, Hamilton has been integral to Lean Engineering and Manufacturing initiatives while overseeing Engineering Data and Document Control and managing the Engineering Model Shop. Previous positions include Mechanical Quality Manager, Focused Factory Manager, and Engineering Services Manager, with a consistent focus on the Product Development Process (PDP) lifecycle and departmental training in Total Quality Management. Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Troy University, completed between 1988 and 1991.
