Andrea Castello

Andrea Castello serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Nestlé Nespresso SA in Hong Kong and Macau, overseeing financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, internal control, and procurement since September 2016. With extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex organizational structures, Andrea is responsible for negotiating targets with headquarters, setting sales and profit objectives, and developing strategic plans to enhance resource allocation and business performance. Prior roles included Business Controller at Nestlé's Global HQ in Switzerland and Italy, focusing on insights generation and sales reporting, as well as serving as a Real Estate Market Consultant in Beijing. Andrea holds a Master’s Degree from Copenhagen Business School and has completed programs at Tsinghua University and UC Irvine, along with a Bachelor's Degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
