Claudia Caringi is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background spanning over 24 years. Currently serving as a Management Trainer and Boutique Manager at Nestlé Nespresso SA since June 2016, Claudia leads a top-performing boutique while overseeing a team of 18 members and focusing on profit optimization, customer service, and overall operational performance. Previously, Claudia held multiple roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from October 1999 to April 2015, including Recreation Manager, Project Manager, and Directrice Spa Adjointe, where responsibilities encompassed program development, operational transitions, and luxury spa management. Claudia's educational foundation includes an Associate of Science degree in Food and Beverage Operation, Hotel Management, and Business Administration from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management.
