Philipp Petrescu

Philipp Petrescu serves as the Global Head of Innovation & Design at Ness Digital Engineering since June 2024 and is the Co-Founder & CEO of MVP Factory, a company dedicated to enabling organizations to develop and scale technology products through a combination of skilled professionals and artificial intelligence. Additionally, Philipp holds positions as a Venture Partner at Schenker Ventures and as a Business Angel & Advisor at 2P Cap, where involvement includes investments and advisory roles for various startups. Philipp co-founded MVP Match, aiming to streamline tech staffing, and previously co-founded Lendico, which was successfully exited to ING Group. Early career experiences include roles at Rocket Internet SE, J.P. Morgan, McKinsey & Company, and Henkel. Educational background features a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and an exchange term at Drexel University.
