Marcell Lobato is a seasoned real estate investor and licensed real estate agent with extensive experience in the New York market. As a Real Estate Investor at Lobato Capital since February 2014, a specialization in multifamily and short-term rentals has been developed, particularly in upstate New York. Concurrently, Marcell has been a Salesperson with Nest Seekers International, serving the New York City and Long Island markets since June 2012. Prior experience includes a decade at Citi, where Marcell held roles such as Assistant Vice President, focused on building alternative investor services, and contributed to the success of a business sold for $321 million in 2016.
