Simran Motiani

Simran Motiani is an experienced analyst currently working with the Fairer Start mission team at Nesta since May 2023. Previously, Simran served as a Research Officer at the Early Intervention Foundation from February 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included reviewing evidence on effective early interventions for vulnerable children and families, conducting research to address evidence gaps, and producing accessible resources for policymakers and local authorities. Additional roles include Education Researcher at Lamsa, Research Assistant positions at New York University Abu Dhabi, Programme Coordinator at Spark Education Limited, intern experiences at the Early Childhood Commission and the University of the West Indies, as well as teaching Spanish at Quest Preparatory School. Simran holds a Master of Science in Education and Child Development from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University Abu Dhabi, alongside a High School Diploma from Campion College.
