Marco Lindenburg

Marco Lindenburg currently serves as the Operational Excellence Manager and Six Sigma Lean Master Black Belt at Neste, having joined the company in September 2021. Prior to this, Marco spent several years at Hexion Inc. in various roles including Regional Continual Improvement Manager and Lean Master Black Belt, where the focus was on continual improvement strategies. Marco's career also includes experience at Momentive Specialty Chemicals as a Six Sigma Black Belt candidate and Quality Manager, as well as positions at Hercules Inc., Resolution Performance Products, and Shell Chemicals, with responsibilities ranging from customer care to laboratory team leadership. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and Haagse Analisten School, along with several certifications in change leadership and lean methodologies from Lean Methods Group.
