Lori Hoffman

Lori Hoffman has an extensive background in management within the food service and retail industries, currently serving as the Convenience Store Manager at Nesters Market since February 2006. Prior experience includes working as a Unit Manager at Canuel Caterers from September 2004 to June 2007, where responsibilities involved managing a team and overseeing the cooking and serving of meals to high school students, as well as handling inventory and financial management. Previously, Lori held the position of Restaurant Manager at Pizza Hut from March 1998 to August 2004, managing multiple locations in Edmonton, Calgary, and Burnaby. Lori is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant at Bow Valley College, expected to be completed by January 2024.
