Stefany Rocha Jakubiak

Stefany Rocha Jakubiak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and project management within the food and nutrition industry, currently serving as the Sr. Manager for Innovation Accelerator & Strategy at Nestlé Health Science. Since August 2018, Stefany has successfully managed strategic business initiatives across multiple projects, optimizing resource utilization and budget management. Prior roles include leading product development in global R&D and overseeing end-to-end execution of innovation projects across Nestlé's Culinary Brands. With a Master's degree in Food Technology from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander, Stefany possesses a strong technical foundation and has been recognized as the first Design Thinking/Innovation Coach at Nestlé Health Science in North America.
