Craig Basiliere has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Craig started their career as the Director of Operations at Fontina Foods, Inc., where they successfully managed the transition from using co-packers to self-manufacturing. Craig then moved on to become the Director of National Account Sales at The Hudson Companies, where they supervised a team and achieved significant profit growth through strategic planning and customer collaborations. Joining Cargill, Inc. as a National Account Manager, Craig consistently achieved outstanding sales results and managed a portfolio of over 60 million pounds of business. Craig later joined Nestle' Professional, where they held multiple positions, including Division Vice President of National Accounts and Division Vice President of Field Service. In these roles, they focused on sales team growth, accountability, and customer service, contributing to the company's success in the commercial food service industry.

Craig Basiliere obtained an AOS in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University from 1977 to 1979. Craig then pursued a BS in Hospitality Management at Florida International University from 1980 to 1982.
