Leading a team of 28 professionals, Ernest focuses on ensuring the functionality and user experience of various consumer-facing digital platforms. Prior to this role, Ernest worked as Compliance Manager for IT at Nestlé North America, enhancing cybersecurity and compliance efforts. With a background in software testing management at Nestlé Purina North America and previous roles in quality assurance and process engineering at companies like Clearwire, Save-A-Lot, and Anheuser-Busch, Ernest brings a diverse skill set cultivated over decades, including leadership within the U.S. Air Force as a Major. Ernest holds a Master's degree in Operations Research from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Northeastern Illinois University.
