Early career positions include Medical Scientist at Barratt & Smith Pathology and Medical Laboratory Scientist roles at New Zealand Blood Service. Justin holds an MBA in Finance from Charles Sturt University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Administration from Massey University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science from Massey University.
