Jeremy Pennington

Jeremy Pennington is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in automation and process controls. Currently serving as the Corporate Engineering Manager for Automation, Process Controls, and MES at Nestlé since June 2008, Jeremy leads digital engineering and systems integration for Nestlé’s US food factories while employing TPM and Lean concepts to enhance equipment performance and reliability. Previous roles include Factory Engineering Manager and Electrical, Automation, and MES Manager at the Fort Wayne Nestlé Dreyer's Ice Cream factory, where Jeremy oversaw technical operations and the integration of advanced automation systems. Earlier career highlights include positions as a Controls Engineer at Guide Engineering and a Manufacturing Engineer at Guardian Automotive, where significant improvements in automation and process efficiency were achieved. Jeremy holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Indiana Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Automation Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.
