Skye Nerona

Skye Nerona, CTRP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience at Nestlé since January 2000. Currently serving as Human Resources Shared Services Manager VP, Skye oversees HR Services Operations across Asia, Oceania, and North America, leading a team of over 300 staff. Previous roles include Head of Rewards, where Skye designed Total Rewards strategies, and Hire to Retire Project Lead, focusing on HR organization transformation in the Philippines. Additional experience encompasses HR Business Partner, Employee Services and Contact Center Operations Head, and Compensation Executive, specializing in salary management and compensation analysis. Skye also has a background in implementing HR systems as a Business Process Analyst and HR Information Systems Specialist, along with early experience as an Accountant. Skye holds an Advance Leadership degree from Nestle Rive Reine International Training in Switzerland and a B.S. in Accountancy from St. Paul College of Manila.
