Peter Knudsen has served as a member of the board of directors since 2009. Mr. Knudsen has been the CEO of Ecoair Corp. for the past twenty-one years. Ecoair has designed a proprietary alternator that is manufactured by its joint venture partner in China. Recently, Mr. Knudsen set up a subsidiary in Ecoair that performs consulting in the municipal solid waste to energy field. Earlier Mr. Knudsen founded a company that supplied high rise automated warehouses to the food industry.
Mr. Knudsen has a B.A. in economics from Yale University and an M.B.A. in marketing from Northwestern University.
