Svea Nielsen has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Leiterin HR-Entwicklung and Senior Expert Organisation & Transformation at NetCologne since April 2021. Previously, Svea held positions at Unitymedia as Teamlead Supervision & Consulting and Agile Coach, and at Generali as an Inhouse Consultant.
