Lise Winther

Lise Møller Winther is an experienced professional in the field of HR and talent acquisition, currently serving as Head of Group Talent Acquisition at Netcompany since August 2016. Lise has held various roles within the company, including Group Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Manager overseeing a team of nine employees, and Recruitment Team Lead managing four full-time recruiters. Prior to this, Lise worked as an HR Consultant at IT Minds and as an HR Junior Consultant at Netcompany A/S, focusing on employer branding, recruitment, and employee performance. Lise's early experience includes volunteering in social innovation and education, alongside a strong academic background with a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Copenhagen Business School and an exchange program at Lincoln University in New Zealand.
