Prior to this, Sunil held the position of Associate Vice President at Pepipost, where responsibilities included onboarding and managing technical queries for enterprise clients. With a rich background at Netcore Solutions spanning over a decade in various roles, including AVP of Smartech Support, Sunil effectively managed customer support teams and technical issues for enterprise clients. Sunil began the career as an Associate Project Engineer at Accel Frontline Ltd, focusing on IT hardware and server management. Sunil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University.
