Bryan Jensen

Bryan Jensen is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer success and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Account Management and Customer Success for the Americas at Netcraft since March 2024, Bryan previously held key leadership roles, including Head of Customer Operations at TaxBit and Senior Director of Customer Success & Sales Operations at Arable. Bryan's expertise extends to global solution delivery at Cargill, where responsibilities included sales support, implementation, project management, and customer success. With a foundation in finance from Goldman Sachs and experience in strategic roles at Qualtrics and Cargill, Bryan also possesses entrepreneurial experience as the founder and general manager of North Rim Touring. Bryan holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University.
