Jay Ghanem

Jay Ghanem possesses extensive experience in technical operations and service delivery, currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations for the APAC region at Netcraft since November 2021. In addition, Jay has been a Service Delivery Manager at FraudWatch since October 2015, providing leadership for a 24/7 Security Operations team while ensuring efficient client service through collaboration with various departments. Jay's past roles include managing a Security Operations Center, leading teams, and demonstrating strong organizational skills under pressure. A sales consultant at Melbourne's Cheapest Cars prior to this, Jay holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems and a Diploma of Information Technology from RMIT University, complemented by education from Flinders Christian Community College.
