Xiaoman Li

Xiaoman Li, CPA, currently serves as Senior Director of Finance and Controller at NetEase since June 2021. Prior to this role, Xiaoman held the position of Director of Finance at JD.COM for a brief period in early 2021, focusing on financial planning and analysis as well as business analysis. Previous experience includes a tenure as Director of Finance at VIAVI Solutions from December 2018 to December 2020, where responsibilities involved technical accounting, financial reporting, and global consolidation. Xiaoman also worked at Imperva as Sr. Manager for SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting in late 2018. A significant portion of career history was spent at PwC from September 2007 to July 2018, where Xiaoman advanced from Manager to Senior Manager, participating in various audits within the software, internet, and other industries. Xiaoman holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Beijing Foreign Studies University, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
