Amy Fields has over 25 years of experience in recruiting IT professionals. Amy started their career at CIBER in 1995, where they worked as a Recruiter/Sales and recruited IT professionals on a national basis. In 2003, they joined neteffects as a Sr. Recruiter and was responsible for recruiting top IT talent for Fortune 1000 companies. Amy then became the Team Lead for the Workforce Solutions Team before being promoted to the Director of Recruiting at neteffects. In 2016, Amy joined 1904Labs as the Director of Recruiting, where they focused on hiring creative full stack developers.
Amy Fields attended Drake University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
