Tom Marvin attended Bishop Foley High School from 1974 to 1978. After graduating from high school, they went on to enroll at Ferris State University from 1978 to 1982. During their time at Ferris State University, they pursued a degree in Public Administration and successfully completed their studies, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
