Ted Norlander

Ted Norlander currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Netgain AB since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ted held the position of Platform Architect at ServiceNow from January 2022 to November 2024, focusing on customer support for efficient utilization of the ServiceNow platform. Before ServiceNow, Ted was a Service Management Consultant/Architect and Digital Transformation Architect at DXC ServiceNow Practice Denmark & Sweden between January 2019 and December 2021, encompassing pre-sales and project leadership responsibilities. At Axians SE, from April 2016 to January 2019, Ted built a consultancy group specializing in ServiceNow ITOM/ITBM disciplines and worked across various industry verticals. Ted's earlier experience includes managing customer support and operations at BITS DATA and overseeing marketing and product management in technology. Ted holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology and Business Economics from Örebro University and a Gymnasieexamen in Mathematics from Risbergska skolan, Örebro.
