Kim Bilogrevic has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Kim started their career in 2011 at Sense Events GmbH, where they worked in event management. In 2012, they joined InfoJobs as a marketing communication specialist. Kim then moved on to Bayer as a trainee in corporate events in 2013. In the same year, they also worked at Böhr & Kretschmann GbR in marketing management. In 2014, they joined netgo, initially in a marketing management role and later as the head of marketing. In 2019, they joined Westfälische Hochschule as a lecturer for communication and change management, where they worked until 2021.

Kim Bilogrevic completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Internationales Tourismus und Event Management from EBC Hochschule. Kim attended the university from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, in 2012, they participated in an Auslandssemester at CETA Escola Universitària de Turisme, specializing in Internationales Tourismus und Event Management.
