Wouter Pauwels

Wouter Pauwels is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Group Chief Financial Officer at Intix since July 2022 and at NetGuardians since September 2024, Wouter also operates as the Owner of Wp consulting bv since May 2015. Previous positions include CFO at Eutraco from May 2021 to June 2022 and holding multiple roles such as Division Director Hospital Solutions & Surgery, CFO, and CEO at Duomed Group from September 2014 to February 2021. Wouter has also worked as Finance Controller and Chief Accountant at Arseus from April 2009 to September 2014 and as a Tax and Accounting Advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Belgium from August 2005 to April 2009. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Tax and Accounting from HOGENT and an earlier degree from Ghent University.
