Krzysztof Adaszewski has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of accounting and finance in the telecommunications industry. Immediately before starting cooperation with Netia, from 2011 he was a member of the Management Board (in the years 2012 - 2016 the President) of Midas S.A. (currently Aero2 Sp. z o.o.). In the years 2011-2016 he also sat on the boards of Mobyland and CenterNet from the Midas Capital Group. During these functions, he was responsible m.in for obtaining financing for the development of the Midas Group's operations.
In the years 2004-2009 he worked in the Netia Group, where he was responsible m.in for long-term planning. In the years 1997-2004 he was employed in the finance departments of Polish telecommunications companies belonging to Vivendi International and Bresnan Communication.
From 2015 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Sferia S.A. and from 2016 the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Altalog Sp z .o.o. He resigned from both these functions on the day of his appointment to the Management Board of Netia S.A.
