Previous roles include General Manager at Netgate sarl, where responsibilities included general and project management of various web-based applications, and Senior Technical Consultant at Arobase, focusing on the automation of court case management systems. Joe's background also includes positions as a Pre-sales Consultant at GE Information Services and an IT Consultant at Andersen Consulting. An accomplished scholar, Joe holds degrees in Computer Science from New York University and CentraleSupélec, alongside specialized training in Digital Business Strategy and Data Science from prestigious institutions like MIT Sloan School of Management and HarvardX.
