Tarraf Torfeh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and CRM management. Currently serving as Customer Service Team Lead at Netiks International, Tarraf focuses on customer satisfaction and team task management. Previous roles include CRM and Billing Supervisor at Alfa Telecommunications, where oversight of the billing team was a key responsibility, and CRM and billing analyst, handling technical projects and analysis. Additional experience includes positions as an Application Test Engineer, responsible for quality assurance of billing systems, and Application Programmer, where the development of an e-learning platform was undertaken. Tarraf holds a Master of Science in Computer Communications Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from AUL, along with an Associate's degree in Mathematics from Ecole Saint Joseph Miniara.
