Raymond Joyner has worked in various cybersecurity and IT roles throughout their career. Raymond started working as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer at Verizon Federal Security in 2012 and continued until 2014. In 2014, they joined the Department of Military and Veteran Affairs as an Information Technology Specialist (Supervisory), responsible for digital communications services, planning, wireless internet, voice and data circuits, and Emergency E-911 mandate planning.
