Dr. Daniel Herzog

Dr. Daniel Herzog is an accomplished IT Consultant and Product Manager at Netlight since November 2019, specializing in agile software development and product management across various industries. Previously, Dr. Herzog served as a Research Assistant and Doctoral candidate at Technische Universität München from August 2015 to October 2019, focusing on recommender systems, human-computer interaction, and mobility services, leading projects such as TUM Living Lab Connected Mobility and the mobile recommender system TourRec. Prior experience includes a role in software engineering at 4A Solutions GmbH, where full-stack development of web and mobile applications was undertaken, as well as an internship in product management at BMW Group and a position in quality assurance at 1&1 Internet SE. Dr. Herzog holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Technical University of Munich, an Honours Degree in Technology Management from Télécom Paris and the Center for Digital Technology and Management, and also completed a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems at Technical University of Munich.
