Ola Petter Karlsrud has over two decades of experience in operations, project management, and service delivery within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Service Manager and Director of Operations and Support at NetNordic Norge since April 2009, Ola Petter Karlsrud oversees projects and support for the Mitel technical team. Previous roles include Director of project/delivery, where responsibilities encompassed project delivery and quality processes, and Director of quality/process Scandinavia at Intelecom Group AS, focusing on TQM systems and ITIL implementations. Ola Petter Karlsrud started the career as TAC and Operations Manager at Alcatel, establishing the TAC in Scandinavia, and held various positions across multiple companies, including Alcatel Distribution and Nexans Distribution.
