Prabhashish Singh is a Senior Product Designer at Netomi, specializing in designing intuitive interfaces for AI prompt management to enhance customer support interactions. With prior experience as a Senior UX Designer for a freelance project focusing on user experience for an AI startup, Prabhashish has also served as a Product Design Lead at Wayfair, where improvements in the professional landing page and B2B enrollment applications significantly increased activation rates and business enrollments. Earlier at Shopify, Prabhashish led the design of an Experimentation Platform that dramatically boosted A/B test creation across the organization. Prabhashish holds a Master's in Design, Retail Experience from the National Institute of Design and a Bachelor's in Knitwear Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi.
