Hernán Carranza Ruiz has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Hernán began their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1976, where they worked as a Senior Manager for 12 years. In 1988, they founded Compandina and served as CEO until 1998. Hernán then joined BDO as a Partner from 1992 to 1998. In 1998, they became the Andean Region Director at EY, a position they held until 2001. Finally, in 2000, they became the CEO of Netpartners, where they currently hold this role.
Hernán Carranza Ruiz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria Lima Peru, where they studied from 1969 to 1974. Additionally, they pursued further specialization in Operational Research at the Universidad Catolica del Peru from 1973 to 1974, earning a Specialist degree in the field.
