Chris Perretta

Chris Perretta is an experienced executive and independent board director, currently serving at Pathward since March 2023 and NETSCOUT since March 2014. Perretta has previously held notable positions including independent board director at Deutsche Bank Trust Company from July 2019 to December 2021, and chief information and operations officer at MUFG Americas from March 2016 to January 2019. Other significant roles include chief information officer at State Street from September 2007 to March 2016, CIO at GE Commercial Finance from 2002 to 2007, and CTO at GE Capital from 2000 to 2004. Perretta began a career at Andersen Consulting, progressing to associate partner from 1984 to 1996. Educational qualifications include degrees in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and The Johns Hopkins University, as well as studies in Medical Engineering at Harvard MIT Health Sciences and Technology.
