Kapil Chawla

Kapil Chawla is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in network performance analysis and mobile communications. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer in Global Services at NETSCOUT since 2015, Kapil focuses on network performance analysis and user experience monitoring for Verizon Wireless. Prior to this, a tenure at Broadcom from 2002 to 2014 involved managing mobile chip-set development and testing, overseeing various test and validation activities for GSM, HSPA, and LTE technologies. Earlier roles included contributions to EGPRS and UMTS chip-set development at Mobilink Telecom and wireless network planning at AT&T Labs-Research. Kapil holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
