Ketan Joshi

Ketan Joshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at NETSCOUT since November 2006, currently serving as Senior Manager Global Services. In this role, Ketan leads a high-performing team that provides exceptional support to Mobile and Fixed Line Service Providers across the APAC and Middle East regions. Ketan has successfully spearheaded the implementation of Mastercare and Premium Services, enhancing customer satisfaction and service reliability. Additionally, Ketan has held roles as Supervisor and Manager of Premium Services International at Netscout Systems (I) Pvt Ltd since July 2016. Ketan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from SDM College of Engineering and Technology, Dharwad, class of 2000.
