Currently serving as Senior Director of Contract Management at Netsmart since February 2014, Sonya has a strong background in managing global software support teams, enhancing customer experience, and driving operational efficiencies. Prior roles include Director of Contract Management at Swiss Re and Director of Client Services at DST Systems, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, budgeting, and contract administration for high-value software contracts. Sonya's educational foundation includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University, obtained in 1988.
